Yesterday I came in to get my eyebrows done and once there I decided to do a henna tattoo. She told me it would take 15 mins I even asked her if it would be that fast, she said yes. Unfortunately, the henna tattoo came out uneven, didn’t look like the picture, and she rush through it because she was the only one there and people started coming in. The tattoo looks like someone inexperienced did it. Doesn’t look good at all. Please see pictures below! Lines uneven, design incorrectly done, and overall not good work.

Moved to Mt Prospect in May. Have been going to this place since. 3rd time today and can’t be more happy with the cut each and every time. It’s hard to get my 5 year old to go and get a haircut as it is but he loves going now. Thank you Rossy your the best!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! If you enjoy quality work this is not the place for you. I do not recommend at all. The shop owner acts like she is there to help and once you hand her your money she will no longer be as nice. I had an issue with a piercing that was done by her I went back later due to the earring stem being way too small and she did not want to help or assess the issue. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HEARD ABOUT CUSTOMERS HAVING ISSUES HERE.
